The Office of Communications develops and manages the public relations program for the City of Hickory, as well as distributes educational information to the public through news releases, newsletters ('City Snippets'), and other forms of printed and electronic media. The Office of Communications also keeps citizens informed of programs, activities, accomplishments, and upcoming issues.
