Teen Fitness Program: Ongoing program for youth ages 13-17 years. All participants must complete the teen fitness program to be eligible to workout on their own during designated times.

Blood Pressure Screenings: Held in the fitness center from 7:00 am-12:00 pm and 4:30 pm-7:00 pm. Offered the first Wednesday of every month. Participants must be 13 years of age or older to participate. 

Jazzercise: This high energy class is offered to adults from 9:00-9:50 am on Monday and Friday, 8:30-9:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday,7:15-8:15 pm on Monday, 6:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday-Thursday and 10:15-11:30 am on Saturday. Contact Claudia Nail at 828-326-5000 for more information.
