The Accounting Division of the Finance Department is located on the third floor of City Hall. The Finance Department is available to answer questions concerning the City's budget and other City financially-related matters.
The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is located at the City's Public Services Complex 9th Ave. NE. For more information, visit their website.

The Collections Division of the Finance Department is located on the second floor of City Hall. The Collections Division is available to receive payments for water and sewer bills, building permits, business licenses, leasing downtown parking spaces, and dumpsters and all other revenue collected by the City. The staff in Collections can answer questions relating to water and sewer taps, meter reading, bill inquiries and customer service
The drive up window located beside City Hall is open from 9:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday. The window is closed daily from 12:00pm-2:00pm. The drive up window accepts payments in cash, check, or money orders. A drop box is provided at the drive up window and is available 24 hours a day.
