The Cripple Creek Outfall
Replacement Project will replace approximately 14,300 linear feet of
100-year-old clay sewer line that is subject to infiltration from
creeks and ground water which results in sanitary sewer overflows and
results in substantial operational costs to manage incidents, clean up
residuals, pump extraneous water and treat rain water at the Wastewater
Treatment Facility.
