is defined for purposes of establishing a neighborhood association to be a
self-identified, geographic area organized by those who share common
characteristics and concerns.

residents and property owners in the neighborhood.

Associations provide a forum for grassroots problem solving, communications and
coordination of neighborhood improvement projects.

entity to access the City for assistance with neighborhood projects.

identity to the neighborhood.

residents in the neighborhood and scheduling meetings.

staff acts as liaisons to assist with meeting details, agendas, minutes and
other communication. Staff also contacts speakers to come to the neighborhood
meetings for presentations.
