The Engineering Department is located on the second floor of City Hall. The Engineering Staff is available to answer questions concerning professional engineering and surveying, transportation planning, street paving petitions, curb and gutter petitions, sidewalk petitions, driveway permits, city maps and thoroughfare plan maps .
