Administration

The administrative staff consists of the Fire Chief, three Deputy Chiefs, an Administrative Aide, and an Administrative Secretary. The responsibility for all Fire Department operations begins here. Using input from staff members, committee members within the department, and utilizing the individual firefighters’ ideas, a plan is then formulated by the Chief's staff to create a cost-effective fire service delivery system. Currently, our city government and the fire department members are engaged in implementing a Total Quality Management Program.
