A.      Suggest and participate in the implementation of an idea that results in one or more of the following:  productivity improvement, reduced cost, shortened schedule, elimination of waste, or a new product or service.

B.      Show a clear reduction in cost or time or an increase in quality; and

C.      Meet the customer requirements.

 

IV.                Excellence through Teamwork Award recognizes teams that:

 

A.      Make a recommendation that is accepted and results in an improvement in the way the City provides products and services and/or products or

B.      Make an outstanding contribution in performance against team goals (milestones, cost, performance, schedule, etc.)

A.      Set direction, vision and strategy;

B.      Foster excellence within the organization;

C.      Communicate, direct, and develop a leadership culture; and
