Information Technology - Cisco IP Telephony
One of our highest and quickest paybacks has been the conversion from a Centrex telephone solution to a Cisco IP Telephony system.
Cisco Call Manager server (center 2U server) with Unity voice mail server (1U above it) and a 2821 ISR voice gateway at the top. We utilize a combination of IP Phones, with the 7940 and 7960 being the bulk of them.
