The following members were present: Chairman Jon Guelzow, Jason Savage, Michelle Revis, Jeanie Sullivan, Judith Ivester

Ex-officio members present: HPL Friends President Linda Monroe, and RV Friends President Agnes Wright

Members absent: Suzanne Jeffers, Viola Williams, Justin Bynum, Ricki Helton, Elizabeth Hill

Others present: Alderwoman Jill Patton, Library Director Corki Jones, Library Marketing/Program Coordinator Jan Knotts, and Minutes Clerk Patty Williams

After waiting until 4:40 p.m., a quorum was still not present, so the meeting was not held.

The next meeting will be held on February 9, 2006 at 4:15 to finalize the work plan so that it can be presented to the City Council in March.
