Internet Access

The Hickory Public Library is "wired" to the Internet, and has full access to the World Wide Web. Professional librarians can run Web searches for you, or help you hop on the "Information Highway" so you can surf for information independently.  You must have a library card to obtain access to the Internet.  If you do not have a library card, you may obtain a guest card from the Reference desk.  The library's Internet Policy may be viewed by clicking here.
