Financial assistance and social services for county citizens. Financial services for older adults include medical assistance, special assistance with cost of care in adult care homes, food stamps, help with heating bills, the distribution of commodity foods, assistance with the cost of adult day care services, and housing assistance. Social services include information and referral, in-home aide services, screening and care management, placement assistance (adult care homes and nursing homes), protective services, adaptive services for the visually impaired, congregate and home-delivered meals and transportation.

Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

Comprehensive home health care including nursing, nursing specialties, home health aide, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work, nutritional therapy, and psychiatric nursing. The agency also provides and/or arranges durable medical equipment, preparation of third party billing, personal care services, meals-on-wheels, necessary medical supplies, home care coordinator, private duty services, homemaker services, and transportation.
