DAVID PACT
The officers in David PACT use several different methods to stay in touch with the community. Hickory’s use of police bike patrols began in David PACT and officers in this area are still very active in this non-traditional approach. David PACT officers also regularly deliver Meals on Wheels to stay in touch with those citizens who aren’t able to get out to community meetings.Lt. Charles Wilson is the commander of David PACT .
