Edward PACT
Edward PACT is under the command of Lt. Floyd Yoder. Lt. Floyd Yoder has been with HPD since 1986 and he has previously served as a DARE instructor, member of Special Operations Team and police Marine Unit. He has a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Lees McRae College.Edward PACT is located primarily in the southwest section of Hickory and faces many challenges. Recent completion of an expanded US 321 Expressway into Hickory has brought more traffic to the area and the commercial development continues to grow. Edward PACT has the distinction of having the lowest rate of calls for police service.
