A public hearing will be held by the Hickory City Council on August 7, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Julian G. Whitener Municipal Building, 76 North Center Street, Hickory, North Carolina. The City of Hickory, proposes to convey property located in Downtown Hickory, known as the “Hickory Station” for economic development pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 158-7.1.

Whitener Municipal Building, 76 North Center Street, Hickory, North Carolina, regarding the proposed amendment to the City of Hickory Sewer Use Ordinance as mandated by Federal and State regulations for municipalities with industrial waste flow.
